You pay for the people and vehicles you put on bookings.

Two things size a plan: field personnel and vehicles. Jobs are not capped, and everyone in the office works in the system without adding to the bill.

Two figures decide it, and neither is your office. Schedulers, payroll, estimators and managers are unlimited on every plan. Rough numbers are fine.

There is no booking or job limit to work out. However many jobs those people and vehicles cover, the plan is the same.

How the charge moves

Going over a limit never stops a job.

Each month is charged at the plan the month before it fitted, up or down, automatically, with nothing to negotiate. A busy August is billed at the bigger plan in September; a quiet September is billed at the smaller one in October. Your invoice names the month it was measured on.

No lock-in

What it costs to be wrong about us.

You are being asked to move payroll and invoicing onto software from a company you have not dealt with before. So the fair question is not what it costs to start. It is what it costs to stop.

  • Month to monthMonthly plans are billed in advance and continue until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.
  • Cancel from inside the productNot a phone call you have to schedule, and not a retention conversation. You can also write to us if you would rather.
  • Export whenever you wantYour data is yours while you are with us, not only on the way out. Jobs, dockets, timesheets, invoices and files.
  • Sixty days after you leaveWe hold it so you can export it or come back, then delete it. That is in the terms, not a goodwill promise.

The other number

Weigh it against what the current way costs.

Hours reconstructed on Monday are hours rounded down. Not deliberately, just because nobody remembers whether the crew stood down at 4:15 or 4:45 three nights ago. Here is the shape of it. Put your own figures in.

At a charge-out rate of $65 that is $62,400. Your crew count and your rate will be different, and the example rate above is illustrative rather than an industry figure. The arithmetic is the same, and it is worth doing on the back of an envelope before you weigh up a subscription. Weigh it against what the switch itself costs, which we have set out with the awkward parts left in.

Before you ask

What counts as a field person?

Anyone you place on a booking: traffic controllers, supervisors and crew leaders. Office staff are not counted, and are unlimited on every plan.

What counts as a vehicle?

Anything you allocate to a booking and need to keep track of: utes, trucks, VMS and arrow boards, signage and truck-mounted attenuator trailers.

Do you limit how many jobs we run?

No. Bookings are not capped and never have been a plan limit. You pay for the people and vehicles you actually put on bookings, however many jobs those cover.

What happens if we go over a limit?

Nothing stops. Each month is charged at the plan the month before it fitted, up or down, automatically. Your invoice names the month it was measured on.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans run month to month. Annual plans are paid for the year upfront. Enterprise is an annual agreement.

Do prices include GST?

No. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added at invoicing for Australian customers.
