One job, end to end
The job moves through the system the way it moves through the yard.
Each step hands the next one everything it needs. Nothing is entered twice, and every number on the invoice traces back to a docket somebody signed.

Quote
Price the job off your own rate cards. Day, night, weekend and public holiday rates, controllers, vehicles, signage and plant, with the minimum call-out built in. Send it, and the accepted version becomes the job.

Permits and ROL
Track the road occupancy licence and every permit the job needs, with the authority, the reference, the dates and the current state. The board tells you what is approved, what is lodged and what is about to lapse.

Booking
The client rings on Thursday for a Sunday night shift. It goes in as a booking against the project, with the site, the shift window, the scope and the rates already attached.

Allocation
Assign controllers, supervisors, utes, trucks, VMS boards and signage trailers to the shift. Availability, tickets and hours already worked are on the screen while you do it, so you find the clash before the crew does.

On site
The crew opens the shift on their phone: the site, the plan, who else is on, what plant is coming. Prestart checks, site photos and hours go in from the road, not from memory on Monday.

Docket, payroll, invoice
The client representative signs the docket on site. The same record becomes the timesheet that feeds payroll and the line on the invoice. Nobody keys it in twice, and nobody argues about what the hours were.

The crew’s half of the job, on the phone they already carry.
A controller starting a night shift on the Hume does not want to fill in a form. They want to know where to stand, who else is on, what plant is coming and when they can go home. The field app gives them that, and gives the office the record it needs in return.
